Helicall / Helibox

The competitive storage and processing of call records for all telephone systems with serial interface without limitation on the number of extension lines.
The system Helibox / Helicall has stood the test for call detail recording. If your telephone system has a serial interface for call records, Helibox is simply installed between telephone system and standard PC.

Connect it simply per wire and Helibox (independent from PC) accepts call records and stores up to 10,000 or even 40,000 datasets; thanks to a battery back-up even in the event of a loss of power.
The Helicall software (for Windows, except Windows 7) reads the data stored in the Helibox and stores them on the PC. The storage goes on until a point of time defined beforehand, until the data is queried or until a certain filling level of the storage has been reached. Helicall is ACCESS-compatible. Export functions with a direct data access also from other programmes do not constitute any problem.
